幸福招牌麵包的制作过程采用新鲜的原料包含天然活性干酵母,有机蔗糖,有机海盐和橄榄油,并使用天然发酵的方法,用于烘培出新鲜好吃的面包。 发酵过程需要14到18个小时才能完成,其中没有使用用于发酵的软化剂,起酥油,面包改良剂,任何添加剂,所用的调味剂和漂白成分都是天然成分的用料。

The ingredients used to make fresh fortunate bread are natural active dried yeast organic cane sugar, organic sea salt & olive oil ,natural fermentation method is used to produce fresh fortunate bread. It takes between 14-18 hours for the fermentation to develop, no softener, shortening, bread improver, additiver, flavourings & bleached ingredient used for fermentation all are of natural ingredient.
