Local & International Purchase
1.For the moment, we provide shipment to Malaysia & Singapore.
2. We will soon accept international purchases from South East Asia (SEA) countries including Brunei, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, and etc.
3. If you're residing outside Singapore & Malaysia wish to purchase our products, please send us inquiry to our email [email protected] and we shall get back to you ASAP.
4. The international shipping rates will be auto calculated during your check out on our online store.
Delivery Time
After shipment sent out, we will provide you a tracking number. Please acknowledge that the delivery time we provide is only an estimate and the Orders may arrive earlier or later.
Refund Policy
We do not entertain any refund as all sales are final.
Orders cannot be cancelled once it is being processed. No refunds and cancellation will be entertained.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Wrong Item, Missing Items, Defective Goods
Upon receipt of your Order, if you discover that there are issues with your Order (e.g. wrong item, defective item, or missing items), please email to [email protected] within 7 days of receiving goods.
Kindly provide photographic proof and quote your Order Number in order for us to properly investigate the issue. If we determine that the Order and/or Goods you received are not of satisfactory condition or quality, we will arrange for an exchange.
