CANCELLATION
Once you have submitted your Order and your payment has been authorized, you will not entitled to cancel your Order, nor will you be entitled to a refund.

RETURN/ EXCHANGE

Upon receipt of your order, if you discover that there are issues with your order (e.g. wrong item, defective item, or missing items), please contact us immediately with photographic proof and/or additional information. We will properly investigate the issue with your order. If we determine that the order and/or goods you received are not of satisfactory condition or quality, we will compensate you for your order or parts of your order.
