Shipping Policy

Delivery Charges

For shopping more than RM100, FREE SHIPPING.

For shopping less than RM100,

FLAT RATE RM10 for shipment within Peninsular Malaysia.
FLAT RATE RM15 for shipment to East Malaysia - Sabah & Sarawak.

Delivery Time

We use local courier’s services (J&T Express, Poslaju, Ninjavan) for the parcel delivery. After shipment sent out, we will provide you a tracking number. You acknowledge that the delivery time we provide is only an estimate and Orders may arrive earlier or later.

Refund Policy

We do not entertain any refund as all sales are final.

Orders cannot be cancelled once it is being processed. No refunds and cancellation will be entertained.

If we determine that the Order and/or Goods you received are not of satisfactory condition or quality, we will arrange for an exchange.
