1. Who can sell on Shop.Locally.my?
Shop.Locally.my is an online marketplace website which offers business opportunity for everyone in Malaysia who is interested to start up an online selling store to boost sales and receive orders with instant payment.
2. Any fees to setup online shop?
It’s 100% FREE – No registration fee, annual fee and setup fee. You can setup your online store and list your products to sell online easily without hassle.
Skip the process of developing your website, uptime/downtime monitoring, security protection, maintenance works, applying payment gateway solutions and related activities etc. You will receive full support from our end to get your online store up and running well soonest possible.
3. What are the charges ?
You pay only you got sales order. For each successful transaction, Shop.Locally will charge 3% Payment Gateway Charge + 7% Transaction Fee on the final product price.
Example: RM120 original price, sell at discounted price RM100, 10% (Payment Gateway + Commission) based on RM100 will be RM10, RM90 will be earned and returned to seller.
4. Who does the shipping ?
As a seller, you will be in full control of the delivery: deliver yourselves or third parties delivery team. You can set the shipping charges and it will be added on as a cost to your buyers. A Transaction between you and a Buyer is regarded as complete only upon the Order status on the Website being updated as “Completed”.
For the moment, online sellers in Malaysia are mostly use Poslaju, GDEx, J&T Express, Citylink, SkyNet, DHL E-Commerce and etc for next-day delivery. Same day delivery providers includes Pgeon, MrSpeedy, Lalamove, and etc.

5. When will I receive the payment?
Payment of settlement amount to the Sellers is on weekly basis. The cut-off day each week for accounting reconciliation is on Monday. The Company will deposit/ transfer the weekly settlement amount into your designated bank account within 7 working days after the weekly settlement cut-off day.
