Shipping Policy

At the moment, we cater only for Domestic Delivery in Malaysia.

  • FREE SHIPPING for shopping more than RM40 - within Peninsular Malaysia
  • FLAT RATE RM15 for shipment to East Malaysia - Sabah & Sarawak.

We use local courier’s services for the parcel delivery. After shipment sent out, we will provide you a tracking number.

We are not responsible for any missing items/ lateness/ return back during delivery. For any case off loss , you must file such claims with courier service company designated.

But don’t worry , we shall take your complaint seriously .

Refund Policy

We do not entertain any refund as all sales are final.

Orders cannot be cancelled once it is being processed. No refunds and cancellation will be entertained.

No refund on issue for example on situations: change of mind, not suitable, not match or just don't like the item.

We will inform customer for no-stock item(s) while restock process will take place.

Return & Damage Policy

Our store procedures is to check items before deliver to customer to ensure everything is in order and in good condition. However, if you find that item delivered to you is damaged, broken or defective, kindly contact us by capturing some photos on the problematic areas and send to us at [email protected] within 2 days of receiving the product.

We will issue you a Product Damage Confirmation Email.

We will deliver a new set of product or replace the broken parts if possible to you.

Please note that you’re required to mail back the damaged item to us with original packaging, tags and receipt.

The request for return of goods can only be made within 10 days from the date of receipt of the products.

All products returned shall be exchanged with a product of the same description in Purchase Order.


Exchange Term & Condition

We check through each product on our warehouse before dispatching to you. However, if for any reason, you would like to exchange a product, you may do so. Please kindly contact us, by providing us your order number and reason for exchange will allow us to process your return smoothy.

The request for exchange of goods can only be made within 7 days from the date of receipt of the products.

Once we received your request, we will get back to you in within three ( 3 ) working days with our return authorization. Then, you can go ahead and return the stated product to our address as confirmed in the mail, you may deliver via any shipping method of your choice at your cost.

If the reason of returning the product is defective or incomplete, which almost did not happen as we check through each product before shipping. But, if this is the case, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience cause and we will arrange for an exchange.

We will only able to accept original/ unused item in their original packaging without any stain, perfumes, in new condition, together with the product tag and complete accessories if any .
