Hawa’s Artisan Kitchen (HAK) was established in 2020 as a result of the Covid 19 pandemic. Having experience in food tourism during their years of running a tour business in Sabah-Borneo, Simon and Itisha decided to venture into the food business. HAK focuses at offering condiments like Sambals and Asian herbs & spices using fresh produce and sustainably sourced from Lahad Datu’s small scale farmers through good agriculture practice.
